Plymouth away highly likely now that they have knocked Welling out from what would have been a lovely little local derby. Oh, of course, they will beat us 1-0 in another Dag and Red shocker of a match where we look light the proverbial rabbits in the headlights for 90 painful minutes. At least it will earn us 10 minutes of (negative) tv air-time this season.0

Mansfield away0
-
Would like Arsenal or Gillingham away but think we'll get Ipswich or someone equally as dull.1
-
Although I've just realised that I'm actually in Dubai for the third round so I hope we get someone really dull, sneak through to the 4th and get an exciting draw there !se9addick said:Would like Arsenal or Gillingham away but think we'll get Ipswich or someone equally as dull.

I'm happy to say we will beat anyone anywhere who we draw if they're in a lower league than us
If they're in the prem they will beat us
and if they're in the Championship it'll be as dull as dishwater and we'll win at home and lose away1 -
Not sure our reserve/development squad are as good as you make out !!oohaahmortimer said:I'm happy to say we will beat anyone anywhere who we draw if they're in a lower league than us

I'm going on the averages game se9 , we' re due an average performance0

A prem team away. It'll be better to have a day out than get knocked out by a champ club at home.0

Dunno about the best draw but I know which one would be the worst: A repeat trip to Ipswich after going there on Jan 1st1
-
I'll be in Cumbria, so Carlisle, Preston, Blackburn etc would be good for me, though I would probably be the only person in the away end.
A home game against Championship oppo would see a near deserted Valley.0 -
Isn't it typical of football that I'm quite excited by the draw. A triumph of hope over reality.1

Are there any replays this season or is it straight to extra-time and penalties ?0
-
Definitely replays... Might be the Qatar season where they're scrappedMiserableoldgit said:Are there any replays this season or is it straight to extra-time and penalties ?

Always my favourite day of the season as I absolutley love the FA Cup still.
Personally would love a new ground but anyone except a Champ team please (though I'd take Millwall away)
Of the Prem I would not mind a trip to Anfield or Upton Park.0 -
Prem team at home pleeeeaaaaasssssssse0
-

Shame the draw is always more exciting then the actual game itself.4
