Another no win cup tie in all senses of the word!0
-
Already played Oxford this year so we know all about them... Not worried and hopefully progress to the 4th round0

Missed Newcastle away by 1

Sorry. Are people still guessing? Is it the Oxford/Wrexham or Macclesfield? I'm confused.0
-
Im guessing Oxford should win that one... But I sense a bloody pattern forming here as its been Huddersfield (FA Cup), Oxford (League Cup), Hudersfield (League Cup) Oxford (possibly FA Cup)0
-
My thoughts....... perhaps the club should pay the supporters a £5 for going?Mendonca In Asdas said:What a duffer , tickets for a fiver?

Could've been a lot worse.0

Arse vs Spurs lol0

If it's not Huddersfield, it's Oxford.
Good chance to make round 4 where the chances of a PL tie are higher so I'm satisfied.0 -

Oxford are going well in League 2 at the moment , not a pushover by any stretch.

Possibility of being on TV maybe? (If Wrexham win?)0
-
Why did they have to mention that we were 'struggling' they didn't say it about anyone else

What a Joe Cocker by Matt Smith there. Poor bloke could not speak0
-
Tickets about £10 - 15, I think there is a rule about how low you can reduce them, plus the opposition need to agree. Airman may be able to shed light on the rules.0
-
Can you imagine the stats....viewing figure and attendance both 3,186.ForeverAddickted said:Possibility of being on TV maybe? (If Wrexham win?)

Yeah but...we're destined to play a team with an 'x' in their name...pretty scary stuff.0

if it was away at wrexham is could have been on tele but no chance0

After going to the Huddersfield game last year, I promised myself not to waste the money if we weren't gonna play a strong side? Last year was woeful.0
-
I would have preferred an away game personally, but don't mind this at all.0

£10 adult minimum is in the competition rules - was £15 a few years ago, but they have reduced it. The away club no longer gets a say, except if Charlton want to charge them more than they are home fans.Kap10 said:Tickets about £10 - 15, I think there is a rule about how low you can reduce them, plus the opposition need to agree. I guess Oxford might bring a few, but not so many would come from Wrexham. Be doing well to get much more than about 5-6,000 home fans either way on current form given other home matches in this period.0 -
Either team will sell out the away end, or near enough I reckon. We have to try to get bodies into the Valley for this one, the ticket price is crucial, but I believe the away team have a say in the price.0

£10 each I think 7k fans open south east west lower and north lower0

Cup run here we come..1

Perfect at least we're in the 4th round draw
Our pitch will be waterlogged/unplayable by then!0 -
Can't we switch the tie for a larger crowd? And a new ground to visit?
No,I didn't think so.0
