Becchio on loan from Norwich would be the one.He doesn't seem to get anywhere near their team.

    I second that mate

Adam Le Fondre would be good. Spurs don't loan out players twice to the same club, so Obika would be unlikely. Jonathan Obika's Wikkipedia page states that Obika is under contract to Spurs until 2014, doesn't say when. Spurs will be looking for a fee. I have a lot of time for Obika who is quick and scored some good goals from the left.

Neither Spurs or his agent would allow him on loan to us - we're blacklisted as he git so little playing time last term.

He keeps the bench warm week after week. Surprised he did not start against Fulham yesterday. Has probably started once or twice since arriving at Norwich from Leeds in the swap deal that took Morrison to Leeds.

  • Becchio proven at championship level

Couldnt see him in tandem with yann though... similar styles. Still would improve the squad immensely

It was reported that Chrissy had drawn up 2 lists for the January Window - one for targets if we were not taken over and another if we were. I'd love to see the second list but I assume the players on it or their clubs are being spoken to.

Especially if the club is "in the stable"

Id also love to know who was going to be on list 1 - no money list.

  • I like to see lefonder
  • just seen a quote in a belgian paper saying 'charlton have said no to standard in the lending of alpaslan ozturk' .. hopefully this means powell does have a say in who comes, and that he can bring in who he wants
  • Nicky Maynard is available on loan.
  • Maynard the right type...pacy and tricky but is he still a threat or have injuries taken their toll?

Aaron Mclean...right style, pacy and a cool finisher. Imagine he will go out on loan again and would be affordable. Come om Brucie...we played Stewart regularly so.give us Mclean

He was good enough for us but not as fourth choice stiker, we've got 3 of those already.
Edit; Mind you we had three goalkeepers and it didn't stop us signing a fourth :-0

The fact he wanted to move back to the Midlands to be nearer his family is the main reason for the move.

I always rated Mackie at QPR. Does not seem to get much of a look in at Forest.

Anybody just see that piece of different class from Phillips - stepped over the ball in the penalty area, ball falls to Nugent - Leicester win the game. Two additional points earned by Phillips already....

We've got players who can step over the ball...and in Church we've got someone who can fall over the ball... We just dont have Nugent to put it in the net lol! ;)

Been a good game to watch, Leeds had plenty of chances 1st half, but I had a feeling Leicester would nick it.
  • We need another keeper not a striker

Getting to the point of desperation now. Can't see us surviving without at least one attacking player of quality.
  • Standard liege just kicked off their league game and the iranian striker isn't even on the bench. Why have we not got him yet?!
  • According to The People (so it must be right!) Jeffrey Schlupp wants a move from Leicester. Been linked before so could be a chance I suppose
  • Talking of Leicester, I see Chris Wood hasn't played much this year, worth an ask about a loan?
