lol! Should have just got Curbishley in as Manager this season... (1) they wouldnt be in this situation if so and (2) Curbs would be crazy to accept after being sacked already
That is Fulham and Cardiff both sack their managers today
There's a reason for that...top ten is the only place to be. Norwich are sorted and Forest on fire leaving everyone else to chase. Fulham and Cardiff not at the races.

Not out of it by a long way...
Dont forget Sunderland were bottom a few years ago, Quinn resigned and was replaced by Roy Keane who then took them to the title
Then you've Reading who were struggling under McDermott.. Got to Sept / Oct and they didnt lose for the rest of the season.

Lets wait and see who comes in @ both clubs
Agreed not out of it but both owners have judged that their best chance is to change now... One reason for Riga to take on Blackpool is that he's very visible, hence his comment the other day of professional delivery for 25 years. I could see him at Leeds, Cardiff or Fulham off the back of his work with us last spring.
In the short time he had the Spurs job, he came across as a complete lemon. Said on about 4 occasions last season after Spurs were trailing at half time 'that he had some choice words'. Essentially I think managers can only use that approach twice a season, yet he was constantly bollocking them. Spurs are a team in the top echelons of the Prem, if you have to rip into them then it's clear he's not capable of managing top players. Also, he was a fan of constantly saying in interviews that 'he speaks his mind and shoots from the hip'. Aside from sounding like a renegade in a John Wayne film, this is basically code for 'I'm out my depth, don't know how to play this game so will go on the defensive'
He's a crap manager in my opinion, better suited to the television studio. I'd be gutted if I was a Fulham fan and I got him
I think Fulham's problems are much more than having an incompetent manager. Even with the parachute money they must be at risk of failing FFP and they are, in my opinion, more likely to go down than up.
Cardiff will, probably, come good. Solskjaer was, always, going to be too inexperienced to keep them up, and he has never even played in the second division. I think that, with a decent manager, they will be able to finish top six.
