Reza, 5.5 - ineffective and wasted chances. Unlucky in some cases but overall a bad day at the office. Still open minded about his potential contributions.

Reza 7.5 worked hard, very strong and to hold off Dunn on a couple of occasions which ain't easy and wins his fair share of headers. Church 7 put in a shift but ain't scoring any day soon. Ajdarevic 7.5 like him lots Tudgay 7. Will be a great asset for rest of season.

Ajdarevic (8) Very skilful. Genuinely changed the game. Tudgay Looked sharp and eager and seemed to come alive in the box rather than shift the onus to a team-mate.

Reza - 6 - How did he miss?!?! Looks like he's slowly adapting but he's out of his depth at the moment. Has potential to do well but it maybe some time before we see it
Church - 7.5 - Caused the QPR defense problems all game, yes he's unlikely to score but atleast you know he is going to put in a hell of a shift. Stopped them from effectively passing out of defense which helped massively.
Ajdarevic - 8.5 - Different level from all those on the pitch, game changed when he came on. He seems to have something special about him that can swing a game and he certainly did on Saturday. Reminds me of Andy Reid.
Tudgay - 7 - Looked good when he came on, a combination of clever/intelligent passes with lots of running. Would like to see more
Harriott - n/a - Scared the QPR backline when he came on, looked very confident and hopefully he can continue that form this time

Over all the game showed individualy the difference in quality between our players and QPR`s premeirship players, but what we did see was a disciplined team performance by Charlton with a lot of passion. Still looks difficult for us to stay up.
