I believe that most MAIN characters will die in the next series.
I genuinely think Baelish will die this season... Here's why:
He's in Winterfell, He's on Arya's list and Arya is heading back home to Winterfell...
I hope so. Baelish is the character I feel everyone expects to rule over the ruined world but I think he's been built up so much as some sort of superstar genius that he needs to fall. I'm getting a little bit tired of him always plotting in the corner and it would be a great shock for the show if he actually got caught up in his bullshit and killed

It'd definitely highlight that he hadn't fought all the battles all of the time in his mind...

He missed one little foot soldier.
Really good point. Also, he's in a mentor role now, and traditionally, being a mentor in TV and Film doesn't end very well (although it does for the person being mentored). Once they've imparted enough knowledge, they're done. So not only could we have just had Littlefinger's last bout of mentor knowledge, Arya taking him out would be dripping in irony, and provide some drama between the Starks at a time when not a lot is happening in Winterfell. Really good call Daz.

Littlefinger really grates on me so I'd love to see his character killed off.
I'm just bored of him now. He was great in King's Landing when everything was all bitchy subterfuge but when there's a bloody great war going on with dragons and ice zombies running around the place he's like one of those old blokes who takes up a corner booth in Wetherspoons at 11am and mumbles to himself all day over a pint of Ruddles. He doesn't really fit in with the series anymore

I'd forgotten he was on Arya's list - he's done for !
Shite, I think I got that wrong... She has people that have wronged the Starks on her list but she is yet to find out about Littlefinger... Maybe Bran will help the truth reach Arya...

1.Joffrey Baratheon (Dead - not by Arya) 2.Cersei Lannister 3.Walder Frey (Dead - CLAIMED) 4.Meryn Trant (Dead - CLAIMED) 5.Tywin Lannister (Dead - not by Arya) 6.Mellisandre 7.Beric Dondarrion 8.Thoros of Myr 9.Ilyn Payne 10.Gregor Clegane 11.Sandor Clegane
Polliver- The guy that tortured her and Killed lemmy with needle. (Claimed by Arya Needle through the throat - the same as what he did to Lemmy) Rorge - The guy that tortured and threatened to rape her. (Claimed by Arya)
I only realised I was wrong when reviewing who had already died from it....
I have a feeling that when the whole kit and caboodle is done that Sansa Stark is going to be sitting on the Iron Throne.
Daenerys has a lot of parallels with Henry II and as Martin is a history buff, she would be my guess. I think it is guaranteed to be a woman whoever it is and Jon Snow seems too obvious.
I love the TV show but there are a few characters that have not translated well from the books such as the sand snakes. I would definitely include Littlefinger on that list, not sure if it is because Aiden Gillen is hammy or the TV script lacking subtlety.

Or perhaps he borrows one..
The last scene of this season will be the Night King re-animating one of Dany's soon-to-be dead dragons for himself.

Proper fit, does it for me!
