Hello. Just a little note to say that as we had a spare place become available due to an emergency. Rather than pull another name and try and find someone who could go, at the suggestion of WSS, I invited Rylo to attend. Very pleased to say he has accepted.

    Have a good night lads.

    Wow ! What a great solution, Curb_It !!

I LOVE a man in uniform...

( Mr F used to be a bus conductor...)

My thoughts are still very much with the gentleman who needed our help on Tuesday night, and obviously I'm extremely grateful to everyone for your messages. Everyone involved did a great job and it wasn't all me, so I feel very lucky to have been considered for this evening.

Thanks for such a fantastic gesture.

He only potentially saved someones life for goodness sake, I bet he's never thrown a kettle over a pub!

Frankly somewhat disappointed that we didn't draw the name out of the hat again. It's not as if the bloke helped save someone's life is it? Or that we need to hold onto every supporter we've got!

On second thoughts, I suppose he'll be handy to have around. Rylo "the man for all emergencies".

Hope you have a great time.

I have to say, having met the players at POTY "dos" etc, I am amazed how small/lithe they all are.

There's not an ounce of fat between them.

Even AA & Kermorgant, who looked big units to me on the pitch, looked thin in the flesh.

Jacko looked really skinny at the POTY dinner, but he was sitting between me and BDL!

  • Leon Cort's shirt arrived today. Many thanks Curb_It!
