    There's 0-0 and there's 0-0. This game is another planet from the last Argentina game. Utterly absorbing. Looks to me as if the Argies are nearer a winner. Still all to play for though.

    Argentina have had chances to put the ball in the net but haven't taken them. Germany have taken a chance and put the goal in the back of the net. That is what the game is about.

    Great and enjoyable final. Fitting for a world cup full of great football.
