I hate to go against the great smiffy but I've gone

    Norwich
    Birmingham
    Villa
    Chesterfield
    Watford

Not a wise move if you've gone for Derby

Had a decent chomp on Charlton which is a fatal no no and I will be cursing later

Also done Millwall, Wigan, Preston and Brum in accy
  • Charlton, millwall, port Vale and Rochdale to win and BTTS.

Absolute long-shot based on mates teams and the scum getting a reaction.

£5 pays up to £4k as inc trebles too.
  • Psg, zenit, chelsea, Wolfsburg & besiktas @ 7/1
  • man u
    everton
    Marsielle

    all to be a draw
  • Dortmund let me down on a 12 fold for the 2nd time in 4 weeks.
  • Following my success at Cheltenham had first footy bet for over a year

Did a quid on arsenal, palace, Blackburn (!) and Wigan as 4 trebles so four quid total. Think getting about 35 quid but misread the form so just had the trebles and not an accumulator too.

They wiped out 3 of my bets as well.

Ricky, I see you've gone for the big'un but are somewhat fearful in doing so!

Using oddschecker I see that Ladbrokes currently offer the best odds for those selections at 4/11, 4/5, 8/11, 8/11 & Evens respectively.

At those prices, if you were to do five £4 fourfolds plus a £5 acca for your £25 instead, your payout for all being successful would be a total of £245.87. Admittedly not as much as the £310 but a built in consolation with a minimum return for one fourfold of £29.30 with the biggest fourfold paying £42.96.

I suppose the question to ask is "are you price sensitive and do you get one wrong a lot of the time?" If the answer is "yes" to both then I would suggest using oddschecker and perming the selections.

Here's hoping you get all five in and that your lack of faith is misguided :-)

Cheers AA. Food for thought there for sure. And certainly one to bear in mind for future reference.

Only £25, so not a big bet. I work on the old saying "only bet on what you can afford to lose"!!! I've got a few other bets to put on, only small £5 goals galore and £5 4 draws + the usual first, last and score any time bets on Charlton.

    Gambler, could'nt resist.

Good luck with that Adrian, I'd be a bit worried about millwall though.

Had Arsenal to qualify at 6/1, thought it looked too juicy.
  • And it was.
