Did well at Oxford by all acounts, given Wiggins and Fox's form i'd give him a go.

I look forward to seeing Tareiq play but hope this doesn't frustrate Gomez.
  • Oxford fans say he is very good at going forwards and I think he played in midfield in some games for the youth...potential LW with Cousins moving inside?

Could he be on his way back?

Oxford signed experienced Rotherham left back Joe Scarz today and THD is apparently injured and receiving treatment at Charlton. There are different theories about what this means on their forum.

I'm surprised by Joe Skarz dropping down to league two decent left-back.

As for us left-back is a interesting position, Fox is 2nd choice currently but he is the most limited compared to THD and Archie Edwards who are full-backs who like to attack and support.
  • League Two experience so we call him back, he the next one we can launch into the frying pan and sizzle him out of self-confidence? I really hope we don't throw him into our team.

Gomez, Cousins and Solly all broke through without any loan experience, he could do well given a chance. From what I've seen he's one of the better prospects like those 3 are/were.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's loaned out somewhere else, as said Oxford signed a permanent left back in Joe Skarz, he wouldn't have got regular football in his best position.

Could be useful at left midfield. I would also have no qualms about playing him at left back.

    All good experience for him
  • Good experience. Had hoped he would move up to League One this time around though.

I would imagine as long as it is a league club, you can only let him go where a club not only wants him but are willing to pay for the loan, whatever that is. At least playing competitive football regularly

Argyle are a decently run club these days, young players get their chance to play regularly in the 1st team - and the manager gets them to play a passing game on the ground.

I reckon THD will slot in nicely there.
    Good experience for him.

Come on Aletico. Give us a moan even though what you've wanted has happened

I, truly, hate Tranmere. I couldn't be happier that they were relegated. Having one or our boys score the goal that might have put them down was the icing on the cake.

I do hope that John Aldridge was there to see them go down.

Why do you hate Tranmere ?

Being one of my tips to make it after watching a few games a season
at development level. I felt that THD was a wing back or a left mid/winger.
Well with Sicknote Wiggins( sorry Rhoys but your record in the championship for injuries is Humongous) and Fox who is a steady player; Tareig has a chance to make it next season at the valley if given an opportunity.
Or could he play further forward if Bulot go's back ?

I know Bollox and Plumb (characters from a carry on film ?)
Have seen quite a lot of him from the "yoooth" teams.

Been very impressed with him when I've seen him. Another reason we don't need to buy a left bacl for a few years.

And we've got Archie Edwards to follow him. They can both play LM or LB.
