I wonder if the Jimmy Seed Stand toilets will take the usual hammering. Must be wonderful in years to come to tell the grandchildren how proud it makes you feel that you were there at the Valley to see another Smallwill win and took time to wreck the urinals.
Think charlton fans are just as bad when we go to shithurt and smashing their toilets up
Banstead is a proper drama queen ain't he. Believes all the hype and bullshit then adds a bit to it. We don't smash the bogs up at Charlton. Don't think I've seen us do that anywhere tbh, especially not Charlton.

Never understood smashing the bogs up at grounds. Some clever charlton fans did it at palace two years ago and the only fans who suffered were charlton's. Brainless.

Despite the image and reputation of our fans all being mindless thugs, can honestly say I can't ever recall our fans doing it anywhere. Pointless.
This a pretty pathetic thread. But your fans did smash up the bogs at The Valley, probably about 5 years ago.
That would've been the 4-4 game. I missed that, had to work, so wouldn't know. Never seen it myself.
I think in general it's not something we indulge in, purely because if we smash the bogs up where would we go to sniff our copious amounts of low grade cocaine?

Very true and it probably was the 4-4 game. My Millwall supporting mate went to Millwall v Wigan at Wembley and confirmed that Millwall fans were doing coke in all the pubs he visited (about 4 pubs).
Coke what a bunch of girls, us Charlton fans drink Lager with a large top, so we don,t get to squiffy, would not want to get Lary would we. Coke, is that diet with ice and a lemon slice. 4pubs and all drinking Coke, and from other posts even going to the toilets to hide it from other fans. Millwall, coke drinking bunch of girls.

I just think rise of the foot soldier whenever I recall that game. I know that was West Ham and the Rottendean murders, but coke and football make me think of that film
I also would like to know if the old school hooligans still exist these days. I found myself reading about the Chelsea Smilers the other day. It's mental to think that that is what blokes went to football for

Lager top? What's wrong with a good old fashioned creme de menthe?

Unusually my first appearance at Charlton V Millwall fixture was our 3-2 victory in Easter 1976 and when we won at the Cold Blow Lane public lavatory 2 years later , I can see I was spoilt . I remember I was 12 and in a Millwall area . In my youthful naivety I even celebrated our goals. Some years later I saw the Anglo Italian triumph there although that time I stayed quiet. I loved the way Jim Melrose celebrated against them in 1986 when he equalised.
During the premier league years they disappeared from my radar . I even wanted them to do well and became nostalgic .It was only when we started playing them again I remembered how obnoxious their fans were. On the day of the 4-4 draw I was drinking in Roses in Woolwich and rather than the usual regulars we were taken over by a group of well dressed Millwall ' fans' . Quite regularly there are away fans in the pub and they share good banter . These guys were menacing. They didn't wear scarves and disappeared as quickly as they came. The police were in attendance outside throughout. I hate the arrogance of some of their fans . They have a sort of inverted snobbery and we do as we please attitude
I have a mate who thinks I have a 'stereotypical' view of the Spanners . Unfortunately they often live up to this image and he has a blind spot about this . The Wigan Cup Semi Final being the latest high profile example . He was proud earlier this season that the only arrests made at their Fulham away game were for drug related offences . Like many of his ilk he claims that we are not as big rivals as Palace or West Ham. To be fair to him he does go back to the old days when they regularly played Palace in the Fourth Division so I can understand how he sees a rivalry with (to use their proper nickname) the Glaziers .
The West Ham rivalry is not about football per se . I was at Lakeside today and the Hammers have a rivals DVD which shows some of their great games against London clubs . The Spanners barely feature on it. Arsenal / Chelsea and Spurs do and we are ahead of Millwall when talking about other London teams.Unlike them we have actually had recent football matches against West Ham which were crucial Millwall haven't.

That's a revelation. Would never have thought that men on a day out on the lash would indulge in some powder.

He could dribble out of both sides of his mouth at the same time.

(Without condoning such actions of course)

I do love a cup final.
I'd recommend a long soak in the bath.
Any chance of a copy of the Daily Hate as well so as to balance out the drivel?
