Millwall thread.

  • This a pretty pathetic thread. But your fans did smash up the bogs at The Valley, probably about 5 years ago.

That would've been the 4-4 game. I missed that, had to work, so wouldn't know. Never seen it myself.

I think in general it's not something we indulge in, purely because if we smash the bogs up where would we go to sniff our copious amounts of low grade cocaine?

Very true and it probably was the 4-4 game. My Millwall supporting mate went to Millwall v Wigan at Wembley and confirmed that Millwall fans were doing coke in all the pubs he visited (about 4 pubs).
That's a revelation. Would never have thought that men on a day out on the lash would indulge in some powder.
I know for a fact that the expression 'i'm going to powder my nose ' originated at the den.

They've had a cup final and more playoff Wembey appearances than us but apart from that.....

But we have seven years in the Premier League in recent memory .I wouldn't have traded that for their near misses.
    I would.

Too right I'm sensitive. Have you seen the vitriol I've had to put up with from Jarman?

    Bigger men would have crumbled.

The West Ham rivalry is not about football per se . I was at Lakeside today and the Hammers have a rivals DVD which shows some of their great games against London clubs . The Spanners barely feature on it. Arsenal / Chelsea and Spurs do and we are ahead of Millwall when talking about other London teams.Unlike them we have actually had recent football matches against West Ham which were crucial Millwall haven't.

But not many rivalries are JUST about football are they. If we weren't from the same area neither of us would give a toss about Saturday.

A rivalry is made up of a lot more than simply football.

& we barely feature on a DVD of their 'great' games against London rivals as they haven't had many 'great' games against us recently. Can't sell a DVD of great wins when you haven't had any great wins against us.

To be fair, he'd be right.

I'm put out because he seems to knows me so well :(

The only positive I can take from it all is my 'LOL' count.

So you think that the close proximity of the two clubs has no impact on our rivalry?

I wouldn't have thought so either. Tell me what % of Millwall supporters, would you assume, take cocaine pre match ?

    of course it does
i'm saying that you're hated no matter where you are from but because you are closer to us we hate you more

and if we were playing leeds on Saturday I'd want us to beat them more than i would if we played Reading

basically you have a lot of c***s that support you and i want you to lose and go bankrupt / not exist to fuck them fucktards off
and to a lesser extent the same with leeds and i'm sure if i was a Bradford fan it'd be Leeds not millwall most of my hatred would be aimed at

It's definitely on the increase. The beer served in the ground isn't strong enough alone to numb the pain of the dross we've been served up recently.

Blame the club, not the fans.
  • She's a beauty, without doubt a prime example of the genus. A can of Stella Artois, sovereign jewellery and a replica football top is of course de rigueur in certain circles but she does naturally carry the look off with panache. Also, without wanting to ever get too close to observe "in the flesh", I'd imagine there is some ink adorning her person purporting her undying love for either "Millwall", "Wall", "Lions", "Pride" or something to do with "South London".

Your mate probably knows this better than I, if he spent the day going pub to pub observing cocaine use.

    Good point. I'll ask him.
