  • I thoroughly enjoyed that. What an organised and committed performance from a bunch of strangers. even more amazing that not everyone wanted to go up front! Looking forward to the next one. Mark (up front but no goals)

Is there a date set for the O's?
  • Gutted I couldn't make it in the end, looks like a great day. Hopefully I'll be playing in the next one.

Terrific performance, terrific photos and it looked like it was a lot of fun, .. especially good to win .. well done to all concerned .. I'm only (slightly) envious that my running about on grass days are over .. I'm sure you were all inspired by the results against the Bees and the Lattics ((:>)

Still trying to sort a date out for the o's game. Waiting for them to get back to me.

Im hoping to arrange it for when Charlton are away at the end of March/beginning of April. It will be on their pitch in Hackney.

Don't mind when it's just being rubbish cos at least I can run around a bit. Imagine a shit slow Simon Church.

    So Simon Church then.

    Sorry, too obvious.

Waiting to hear back from the Orient guys, if we cant agree to a date Ill see what other supporters teams would fancy a game against us. Lester (the Hamlet supporters team guy) was kind enough to chuck me the details of some of the other clubs supporters team organisers so hopefully one of them will be up for it.

I going to aim to play games when Charlton are away, end of March being the earliest the next supporters game could be.

    Ill keep everyone updated.
  • There is an Internet Football Association that has all the teams that play regularly...we played West Ham a few times and they were good guys...some of the teams take it way too seriously though and are probably best avoided when just starting out... Ipswich were a good bunch of lads, as were Exeter...both played in the last few years up at Meridian.... Cheers

I remember your Dazzling performances for the Charlton Life team.

And the time when Nathan Prior turned up to play an hour late - but didn't have any boots!

How tall was their goalie? In the pen pic he looks about 3ft tall.
    Well done by the way.
