Just checked and the £10,000 target has been hit. I am sure that is in no small part to AFKA for bringing this to so many people's attention yesterday and all those on here who donated. Well done all, this is exactly why Charlton is such a special and unique club that we can be proud of.

You can't put a price on these kids making friends for life and that is helped by the fantastic work the Upbeats' staff do.
£15k a year to run it - it's nothing.
Just watched the Upbeats along with QPR and Fulham playing and the joy on their faces is worth the admission money alone.
