Stats: 60% people between 64-75 have at least one drink of alcohol each day. People who drink regularly, live 42% less in age, than those that drink occasionally.
But if I drink loads now, then reform later on i'm OK, right?
100%
you have until you are 64 to do what you want, and not just drink, drugs too.
as long as you reign it in at 64 you’ll be laughing

That stat (as stated) doesn’t seem right to me. If the average lifespan was 80, that would have drinkers popping off in their forties. I know some do, I had a friend who recently did just that, but it isn't the norm which is why everyone commented on how young he was to go (nobody ever says die).

Good question, found it hard to believe myself, but it was in a national newspaper, so I put it on here to see what others think

Unless it was The Guardian the national newspaper is not acceptable on here.
I've had a very neglected (due to my own health issues and having to get a house ready for sale) little Tohatsu 3.5hp two stroke outboard sitting in a wheelie bin of water for more than two years. So neglected, in fact, that earlier in the year it was effectively sitting in a block of ice. Expecting nothing, i drained the old fuel, stripped and cleaned the carburettor, refilled with fresh fuel/oil mix and gave it a pull. Bloody thing burst into life as if it had been well cared for. Hats off to the japanese.
Stuck it on the back of an equally neglected little skipper dinghy today and took it out on the Thames in beautiful sunshine. A delightful couple of hours, i'll be doing it again very soon, but i'll treat it to a new impeller first.

Three months after locking himself in the clubhouse through fear of our dogs Bow’s new best mate called him to say goodbye for the winter. He flies back to India after spending the summer coaching and groundskeeper. After a huge cuddle and a kiss, Bow left him in persuit of a new best mate 😂 No time for sentiment he’s a job to do. 😉
Gutted that I'm missing the Goodwood Revival for the 1st time since 2010 but the weather looks awful for pretty much all of the weekend which tempers it a little.
Love this gear. Cheers for the link. I'll get a jumper when they've got my size back in stock. Should be decent quality for the price. 60 quid for a jumper.
Just nipped down to Morrisons to get some lunch, as fancied some Chicken Wings and Chilli Cheese bites from their hot food counter. Got asked if I wanted to spend an extra pound on the latter and I'd get 10 instead of 5.
Thought why not, although notice that they priced them up at £2.50 instead £3.50, so presumed she'd misheard me and just gave me five... Nope got home, and noticed that she's given me the extra without charging me... Result!!

Scroll down to results. Interestingly, there's quite a disparity between men and women.

it really is like The Force in Star Wars, it has a light side, a dark side and it holds the universe together!
