Yes, but nothing to get too excited about. The last one was the Millenium Pie. The village was in festival mode and we followed this truck towing the said pie up to a local farm. Everyone paid a quid I think and all I can say is it was pretty shit. If you come a crossed the boxed varieties in certain shops they're not bad. A few celebs too - not too surprising whose face featured prominently …
Beautiful clear night in W of Scotland - just sat out on patio for an hour and saw eight "shooting stars" in that time -assume the tail end of the meteors. Also saw ISS whizz by and wonderful view of Milky Way.
Brought to mind the Brian Cox comment (paraphrased): either there is no-one else out there which is scary or there is other life out there which is scary...
