Cousins 7 was solid out of position. Fox 8 this guy has come on strides, very good performance. Bauer 8 imperious, what a player and still only 22. hard as nails. Diarra 8.5 some forget he's a midfielder playing at centre back. won everything against Jelavic, Akpom and Hernandez Gudmundsson 7.5 silky stuff from Johann and what a feeling when his header went in. a few stray passes and not scoring a 1v1 knocks off .5 Ba 9 what a performance, no coincidence the game changed when he left the pitch. has legs made of elastic Kashi 8.5 composed, always in position to receive a pass and times his tackles excellently Bergdich 6.5 not an out and out winger but caused problems on occasion. can see why we need a proper winger. Makienok was awful 1st half. I'll openly admit I was fuming at half time as I just didn't see what he brings to the team & I thought we'd bought another dud.
2nd half he was phenomenal, won everything, was the game changer and put in a match winning performance . I'm man enough to admit I was wrong and very happy to be proved wrong!

Pope - 7.5 will get pelters for the goal (which was a difficult shot to deal with. And he didn't have a clear line of sight! And should really have been dealt with by the defense..I thought he was absolutely class dealt with crosses really well and was not flustered at all!
Cousins - 8 looked absolutely class at RB. Think time out wide has helped hime. He overlapped well got forward with purpose and defended solidly! Would rather him in CM but am more than comfortable him covering for solly!
Fox - 7 a couple of shakey moments but overall a solid game!
Bauer - 8 class in both boxes.. not sure whether it was him Diarra or Kashi who should have closed down quicker for their goal but overall very good!
Diarra - 8 as above! Led well! A leader in the jacko class! He was key in keeping our heads up after the goal went in. Grabbed the game by the scruff of the neck and that run into midfield got our momentum going!
Gudmundsson - 8.5 created problems for them all game! Cousins overlapping made a real threat down the right hand side! Could maybe have done better with the one on one keeper did very well so we will let him off for that moment at the end!!
Ba - 7 impressed me.. ran midfield and kept things moving! Has a bit of flair going forwards.. ball over the top for Karlan just be for half time was sublime! There is little to choose between him and cousins but only one of them can play CM each week..
Kashi - 7 very good! Like the way he drops in almost as the third CB when needed and covers the fullbacks when the get forward! A proper defensive mid in that respect.. but he also has a great range of passing (as good as that of buyens imo). Ball to find big maks head for the winner was class!
Bergdich - 7 they couldn't handle his pace kept their fullback and winger busy! Looks more of a winger than fullback to me..
Makienok - 9 MOM goal and an assist! Unbelievable! Held the ball up well and his flick ons came off more often than not..
Ahearne-Grant - 7 pace caused them problems and created plenty of chances.. will be a very good player!
Charles-Cook - 6 tried hard but came on at a tough time!! Didn't give us the control we had in midfield with Ba but will get better for the experience.

Kashi - 8.5 ran everywhere, won everything totally bossed it. Had too much to do when ba went off.
Bergdich - 7.5 good pace and backed up fox well.
Makienok - 9 mom. won the game. Showed so much emotion after goal and at end of match, which shows this guy cares and wants to do well. Unselfish work will definately benefit this team this season.
Ahearne-Grant - 7.5 gave 2 quality defenders a few problems. Will definately get better.
Charles-Cook - 6.5 should never have been thrown into cente mid at such a time.

Pope - 7.5 will get pelters for the goal (which was a difficult shot to deal with. And he didn't have a clear line of sight! And should really have been dealt with by the defense..I thought he was absolutely class dealt with crosses really well and was not flustered at all!
Cousins - 8 looked absolutely class at RB. Think time out wide has helped hime. He overlapped well got forward with purpose and defended solidly! Would rather him in CM but am more than comfortable him covering for solly!
Fox - 7 a couple of shakey moments but overall a solid game!
Bauer - 8 class in both boxes.. not sure whether it was him Diarra or Kashi who should have closed down quicker for their goal but overall very good!
Diarra - 8 as above! Led well! A leader in the jacko class! He was key in keeping our heads up after the goal went in. Grabbed the game by the scruff of the neck and that run into midfield got our momentum going!
Gudmundsson - 8.5 created problems for them all game! Cousins overlapping made a real threat down the right hand side! Could maybe have done better with the one on one keeper did very well so we will let him off for that moment at the end!!
Ba - 7 impressed me.. ran midfield and kept things moving! Has a bit of flair going forwards.. ball over the top for Karlan just be for half time was sublime! There is little to choose between him and cousins but only one of them can play CM each week..
Kashi - 7 very good! Like the way he drops in almost as the third CB when needed and covers the fullbacks when the get forward! A proper defensive mid in that respect.. but he also has a great range of passing (as good as that of buyens imo). Ball to find big maks head for the winner was class!
Bergdich - 7 they couldn't handle his pace kept their fullback and winger busy! Looks more of a winger than fullback to me..
Makienok - 9 MOM goal and an assist! Unbelievable! Held the ball up well and his flick ons came off more often than not..
Ahearne-Grant - 7 pace caused them problems and created plenty of chances.. will be a very good player!
Charles-Cook - 6 tried hard but came on at a tough time!! Didn't give us the control we had in midfield with Ba but will get better for the experience.
Ceballos n/a had gone off before i tuned in..
Harriott n/a used his pace well and tried to make things happen! Didn't always come off but played with intensity. If he plays like that I wouldn't be too worried with him being a back up winger in the squad!

Makienok - 8.5 - Much better from the big Dane. You can tell he wants to do well. The goal will help him settle.
