He's grassed on himself, what a grass.

I imagine Airman knows because he knows people who work at or with the club.

The Club have dealt with this very well, particularly Mick E, and I am happy for them to take whatever course of action they see fit. However, I have no intention of meeting the bloke, even for an apology.

    Well said that man

With you on this. If he'd launched a bottle that hit my daughter and then came crawling with an apology the bottle would be inserted someone unpleasant. F**k turning the other cheek!

Not condoning it one iota but Fair play I say, if he doesn't read this forum he was probably unaware at the time his pratt actions at the game caused.

Just a very lucky lad there was no serious injury and im sure he wont do it again.

I think he should make a personal apology to the young girl in question then it should be left at that if Mart and the young girl accept it.
    Fair play my arse
Gave himself in once his face was plastered all over Twitter Facebook clubwebsite and of course once he realised it was on Charlton life and read by the massives and millions he knew there was no hiding place and he was done for

Only took a week. Look most of us would be lieing if we said we'd never done anything stupid or that we regret when inebriated but I can say hand on heart I've never cheap shot punched anyone or launched a bottle into a crowd. That's very dirty, cowardly behaviour and if I was @mart77 im not sure I'd be able to control myself if I came face to face with the person who inflicted injury from a cowardly act like this.

Ok he's owned up which is admirable but if you are that drunk at a midday kick off game to do something like that. Drinking is not for you neither is being in a crowded place. Ever

I'd prefer he didn't get into the situation in the first place.
Secondly, I'd have preferred he'd come forward and owned up before his arm was twisted by the very clear photo.

Hope he now takes all the consequences of his actions

Glad to have helped. I did think it odd when you asked how AB would know but thought maybe you didn't know the obvious.

Why not just move to a different part of the ground?

I'm not defending him he deserves the whole scale of his punishment which will hopefully teach him a lesson but if he does have at least a bit of a brain, even the tiniest amount, then he will be feeling like absolute sh*t over this where his impulsive really stupid action is probably extremely painfully regretful and embarrassing.

You get people that are just complete dickheads that need to be dealt with in the harshest way but even though the finger was already pointed and he was gana get caught anyway, he did own up.

Having said that if I was Mart I would just wana hit the bloke. It's quite a horrible story to be honest I hope for marts sake the man in question gets his punishment soon as possible and this is put to bed.

If I was mart I'd meet him, shake his hand for handing himself in, buy him a beer then shove it straight up his arsehole.then see what a big hard man he is
