What do we do now?

I completely agree and at some point we have to detach this sentiment for this to have any real clout. We'd prefer it not to effect the players but they're performances have plenty woeful and JJ sold a part of his soul tonight, they are smart enough to know it's not really about them and whilst the club might use them we are not idiots.Atletico Addick said:
I couldn't care less for the players. They are not fans of our football club, once their contract is over they may look out for our scores but that's where the line is drawn .nth london addick said:Don't disrupt games that's gonna just affect the players
They get paid handsomely, if they are delayed by 20 mins then I won't shed a tear.
If we're loud and proud supporting the team at every match, KM will be laughing as week in week out we kick up a little fus then return to habits and go support the team and coach regardless.. (although she would be whatever the situation the unprofessional insert word here).2 -
I think people who won't be attending the Ipswich match should avoid telling those who will attend what they should or shouldn't do.
I won't be there (I will be at Birmingham) so I'll take my own advice.
One thing I'll say, though. Of the ideas suggested on this thread, I think the idea of replicating Standard's protests - including some banners in French - would get a lot of attention.9 -
Attention of who? Their protests over there got serious media attention because it also involved riots and pitch invasions.1

No one can "tell" anyone what to do, we should try to persuade peacefully. For once we have to come together and stop the in-fighting.IA said:I think people who won't be attending the Ipswich match should avoid telling those who will attend what they should or shouldn't do.

Did she use the figure 2 per cent? If so I think this could be played back at her very effectively.4

She did0

Make her life hell .... Get in her face, without breaking the law.... Up the protests, up the volume, more... We need this horrible woman out ....9

And just out of interest, what percentage of the fanbase have made their protest by just not turning up this season?Airman Brown said:Did she use the figure 2 per cent? If so I think this could be played back at her very effectively.

Agree completely. And chants/actions against her should not be abusive. All that does is hand her the moral high ground. It is clear she will use such abuse to play the hurt female card at every turn. Don't let her off the hook that way.mascot88 said:Make her life hell .... Get in her face, without breaking the law.... Something colourful and vey visual. A couple of hundred Pinocchio's (with strings) and posters. The cameras would surely home in on this. Look at the coverage the Hartlepool smurfs got. Just remember though, that she is only Duchatalet's play thing2

I think you need to pick the televised game, then agreed pure silence for 1 minute, then just continus 'KM' out for as long as possible. Let her understand what the 'real' CAFC fans think, and let her know it's not just a 'minority' who were in the car park but that they are speaking for everyone who can't get there.4

All buy Euromillion tickets on Friday - it's an £80 million jackpot.
Lucky winner can then buy the club and take great delight in sacking KM.4 -
Rather than "we want Roland out" we should change to "we want Miere out" as loud and proud and as often as possible. Show the liar that it's not only 2%.Charltonparklane said:I think you need to pick the televised game, then agreed pure silence for 1 minute, then just continus 'KM' out for as long as possible. Also Katrin, if you are reading this, I'd like to think I am a very positive person and I know I am a real Charlton fan so stop with all that rubbish please.3 -
Aside from Charlton and Ipswich fans, I really can't see many others watching the game on Sky.
Sky know that which is why they hardly bother with us.
The TV appearance won't add much weight to anything you plan to do.1 -
Yeah probably only 500,000 or so watching the game at the very best. But if it gets caught on the cameras then it is what then happens to the footage afterwards that will add reach. Replayed on Sky Sports News for starters, people posting it online and socially.13

Exactly, I want her out far more than I want RD out now!HandG said:

Our average viewing is 239k - much the same as Orient, Scunthorpe, Northampton and CarlisleDamoNorthStand said:Yeah probably only 500,000 or so watching the game at the very best. Ipswich will pull that average up as they are a well supported club but still no more than the figure I mentioned. Every chance it may be slightly less but will be more than 239k for that game.0

Sky and other media outlets are also able to report on events and rerun them, so we're not relying solely on those watching the game live.2

Can anyone get hold of a load of stale waffles at short notice? The Organiser said:I can't see beyond something that disrupts the game - like shit loads of tennis balls being thrown on at once. Then when the game is stopped to clear them some big clear, concise banners are held up with whatever messages we want to portray.
They can't ban everyone or chuck everyone out - it will be like the Leicester leaflet moment, but live on tv and with a message to follow that would be picked up on!!
Tbh I much prefer the everyone walk out after x amount of minutes but you only have to look on here to see how some can't even make that sacrifice or upset the players by not supporting them for a one-off, so no chance of a meaningful amount of fans committing to that.1 -
-
Stuff (whether it be tennis balls or Belgian buns) chucked on the pitch to cause disruption to stop the game a few times will get press attention, and hopefully a few more people will realise what's going on - get our message out. It's a bit cumbersome but it'll work. Some North Uppers sitting in West Lower would be good also.
Fans in the centre circle would be ideal, but this is Charlton!

Is he boffing her then? Cos my respect for him takes a slight increase if he is.Melrose said:Something colourful and vey visual. A couple of hundred Pinocchio's (with strings) and posters. What does this thread's title mean?
"What do we now"2 -
Puts me in mind of The Smiths0
-
also puts me in mind of the ludicrous, hysterical overreaction this entire farrago has brooked - literally unable to type out every word in the rush to yodel the war-cry0

It's just missing a word, but you already knew that.3 -
Usually I abhor pedantry but in this case it seems apt, regarding the thread title of the revolutionary movement0
-
Is it not meant to be What do we know ?0
