Still no due date on his return.

    Great communication.

Shall we wait for the anaesthetic to wear off ?
Well you know what I mean - medical advice would surely give a ballpark of "4-6 weeks" or something of that ilk, no?
Yup. But Vardy came back after two.

I picked the numbers out of thin air.

And as I seem to remember with Vardy, I couldn't avoid the updates with injuries:

    - recovery set to last x amount of time
    - has this [groin] problem in particular
    - due to come back training
    - recovering quicker than expected
    - back playing

    Whereas at Charlton it's:

    - injured
    - surgery
    - waiting
    - more waiting
    - back on the pitch for a really shit half an hour wherein they promptly get crocked
    - repeat above steps ad nauseam
    - back playing

With our record of diagnosing injuries a player could go in to have his toe nails trimmed and end up out for 6 months with a torn frenum!

Who else had to Google frenum...!?

Probably keep him in an NHS ward on curry and chips in order to speed his recovery...

Bauer had tried to play on with his injury before the medical team conceded defeat and he went under the knife.

Great show as always then. Too small a squad so we're forced to play injured players, they put themselves out for longer and the club have to get replacements anyway. Long term it could also shorten careers of individuals like Bauer and Vetokele.

Will the club ever learn? No.

Not only that but you get less of a player when they play injured.

It's not being run as a football club.

Like his attitude though. At the Rotherham game and joined supporters at the back of the stand at half time at Colchester.
