  • Any news on Lookman?
  • Charlton have made a new £2 Million bid for Rotherham striker Jonson Clarke-Harris.

It's hard to see why the player would want to leave Rotherham for Charlton today anyway. Why move from one bottom 6 team to another?

Roterham should be a bottom 6 club... we shouldn't be.

Also If you had just been thumped 4-1 at home by us, also we are a HUge club compared to Rotherham, It would be a no brainer to make the move.

Signed from Salford City in February last year on the recommendation of Gary Neville and Paul Scholes... Is a Libyan Defender (least the Rotherham comment of we're a team of refugees will be a bit loser) who can also play Right-Back

For context, that's the geezer the Nevilles spotted on the Salford City documentary.
  • Permanent deal for Mak rumoured as well.

We have an in-place option to buy (price agreed) at the end of the season. That will not be brought forward until we know what league we are playing in.

Can see it now in the Press Conference as we announce him:

Roland: I told you Chris Solly was s**t, always knew I'd find someone better to replace him!!

Unless of course Parma are prepared to lower the agreed price to get rid

    Edit : Palermo

didn't realise 3rd parties were able to do that ;)
  • Darren Purse and James Scowcroft spotted at Sparrows Lane (allegedly).

No mate it was mullins and purse, scowcroft has decided to work at McDonald's
  • Their fans (forum) seem to value him at less than 500k... Apparently has an attitude problem too.

Just waiting for someone to say, "if anyone could sort him out it's Riga".

I'm enjoying the fact we may spend 1.5m on a player, but we can do better for that price but i don't want to write him off.

Like i said the board does spend money, people forget we spend the same on Piotr Parzyszek as we did on Igor (Worked out well).

Also 2.5m For Sarr? Thanks RD for spending a bit of money but come on mate, by some decent players please

Polish Pete cost us 800,000 Vetokele cost us 2.7 mill and Sarr was 1.5 mill but that includes add ons .......

Nope incorrect, Igor cost us 2.1m We paid 1.6m Piotr, and that's from someone who works at CAFC.

  • Rotherham would be mad to turn down £2 million. No doubt they will accept and then we will fail to agree personal terms with the player.
  • Julian Gray signing
  • We are signing this guy

Not arguing that Piotr might not have included add ons upto 1.6(it won't reach anywhere near it as it included appearance clauses), but we didn't pay 7 figures for him initially

That picture doesn't include his knees...

    Just sayin'
