What does Colin say ?4

At least he could have the decency to admit he is a capitalist. He brings genuine Socialists into disrepute. How can you be a business billionaire with a personal fortune and claim to be a socialist? He's just another tory knob.i_b_b_o_r_g said:Tax dodge, RD a typical champagne socialist, knew it ffs

He doesn't claim his current beliefs to be socialist, in so far as anyone can understand them at all. He is a proponent of the Basic Wage thing, which cuts across the left-right divide. He likes it because it supposedly makes government more efficient. You know, like he has done with our player recruitment...Wheresmeticket? said:

KM would not lie would she........1

What's the betting it's so she can give a smug response to people saying "Sack the board"?
"Oh, I'm not on the board, so you've got me as CEO for a long time yet!"0 - Sponsored links:

Has she said anything publicly since December?
Was she at the game Saturday?0 -
Yes. Surprisingly around 2:20 wandering around in the shop and just outside until she found a group she was obviously meeting. Seemed quite friendly with a few people. Thought it was a bit surprising (and brave/stupid?) considering...AmandaHoldensCat said:Was she seen at the Valley by anyone on Saturday???

She's blatantly trying to take the p*** out of supporters by putting herself on show.1 -
Its the supporters who will put her on show, trust me on that one.ElfsborgAddick said:

Fair game to her, she's trying to show a few protesters won't upset her or derail her ambitions for the club she loves. A few more people should (politely) ask her some difficult questions if she breaks cover. And I bet there were some minders close by, just in case.cafc-west said:

Only saw 1 guy wearing a Centre Circle Security vest watching her. He kept a distance from her - but was obviously around. Just in case...mogodon said:

As I understand it you need a minimum of 2 Directors to run a private limited company one of whom these days I'm pretty sure does not necessarily have to be the company secretary.
The position of Chief Executive is a title only. RD and RM are still in situ as directors and so the company is still compliant with company law on that front. Don't read too much into the fact the termination was a date of 5 December (possibly the board meeting when KM's resignation was decided upon) and filing date is February 2, could be time delay in processing, although these things can be done on line these days.
@LenGlover or @RodneyCharltonTrotta are better placed to comment on current limited private company law than me and it's all probably something of nothing as already said but you never know, here's hoping0 -
Interesting since all the other filings by the club on Companies House in recent years have been made using the web filing protocol that is commonly used in business. I wonder whether a third party just decided to file a TM01 and Companies House accepted it because it was signed. Most companies now sign up to the Companies House "Proof" service to prevent this happening. However, if you check you will see that she is still a director of the football club and a director of Baton 2010. Suggests to me that somebody might have "resigned" her without her knowing.4

If she went, with Fraeye sacked 2 out of 3 ain't bad. Hat trick would be ideal though2

Sorry FF every time I hear that word I have to put this image up it's a bit like Leslie Crowther when we used to shout at the TV screen 'Crackerjack'0

Can someone put up the "it's happening" gif please?3

She has probably seen the writing on the wall as the club slowly and painfully descends down the local drainage system and, not wanting to be associated with a failing company, has resigned her directorship without telling Roland Rat!0

I assume that particular holding company does very little anyway, as having only 2 Directors, one living in another country, would make authorisation of transactions very hard, assuming 2 signatories are needed (which is usual)1
