Joking aside I think the only logical explanation for RD being here is to chair a crisis meeting. He has protests that are now getting international media coverage. A CEO at the centre of a news and media gaff and his team on the verge of relegation. I doubt he is at this moment a very happy bunny. A lot of his investment is swirling around the bowl just waiting to shoot down the u bend.5
