A shame for Preston that the National Football Museum is no longer there, but Deepdale is a bit off the beaten track when compared to central Manchester0

I only found out today that I could go and the coaches are fully booked.
I know it's late notice, but if you don't ask, you don't get!
Happy to pay petrol money obviously.0 -
I Popped into a Preston barber's shop for a short b&S .. guess what ? .. the barber was a PNE season ticket holder .. we cheesed off the other chappies waiting for a trim by having a right good chat about all things football whilst he 'attended to me' one hair at a time it seemed like ((:>) .. his opinion ? .. PNE don't score many but have a superbly organised defence .. he reckons IF IF IF we can score early we could well come away with a result .. I told him I bet he told that to all the passing oppo fans just to get a good tip .. thing is, the prospect of us scoring early and hanging on to a lead are as remote as Dianne Abbot or Jo Brand becoming Miss Great Britain
but seriously .. Who knows if the Charlton v Rotherham or that v Hull/Huddersfield will turn up ..0 -

Can't wait for the reports about the train station nowIA said:Preston does have a nice train station though

Does it have any pre- B.R waiting rooms left?
Any interesting train numbers?
Apparently it dates back to the 1880s...wish I'd been there last night, I would have probably watched the match too.0
