And homefield advantage all the way through the play offs! :-)
In Texas until 19th Jan... gonna see if I can get a ticket for divisional round.
Good luck! I looked up Superbowl tickets today - $5k a pop!

If your season depended on it which current quarter backs would you want leading your team?

    For me it would be:-

    1 Rodgers
    2 Brady
    3 Wilson

    In my lifetime

    1 Montana
    2 Rodgers
    3 Young

    Currently
    1. Brady
    2. Carr (as his stats prove this year)
    3. Big Ben

    Lifetime
    1. Ken 'the snake' Stabler
    2. Montana
    3. Marino

Ok a little Raider bias, at least I didn't put in Plunkett!!
In that case I'll do it for ya!

    Jim Plunkett.

Don't get me started on JP and Tom Flores glaring omissions in the Hall of Fame, we would be here all day!

    JP was hugely underrated.
  • Omissions... Ken Riley sits on top of my list.

Joe Namath ... in his day, the George Best of the NFL
  • Joe Namath ... in his day, the George Best of the NFL

The football lives on him was brilliant
  • Broadway Joe - absolute legend. True larger than life character. Every time some numbnuts comes out and 'guarantees' they'll win a game it's looked on as a big thing - but when Namath did it, it was truly monumental
  • What a result Raiders on sky tonight.

Brady got a well earned rest today once the Pats realised just how shite the Jets truly are

I hate the New Orleans playing surface. Looks weird.
  • Oops that's what happens when you get your hopes up.
  • Ankle not hamstring by the look of it.

This Seahawks Cards game is excellent.
  • Great catch see game out, hope Denver win and then see how bad Carr's injury is.
  • I'm bricking it over Carr's injury. Seems quite a few are too here.

Looks like he was mouthing "It's broken." Hopefully sits sprained, and a bit of rest is what's needed.
  • Dallas beat the Lions then skins will be in the play offs if they beat the Giants next week.
  • Its now 0108hrs uk time only a little time to go for the Bengals to come onto the field, I'm expecting fireworks on this thread over the next few hours. Merry Christmas Texas your about to get your present!

Giants have sealed 5th seed in the NFC.

After Seahawks lose to the Cardinals, Atlanta just need a win next weekend for 2nd seed.

    NFC looking like:

    1 Cowboys
    2 Falcons
    3 Seahawks
    4 Lions (56%) / Packers (44%)
    5 Giants
    6 Redskins (48%) / Lions (27%) / Packers (24%) / Buccaneers (1%)

Expect GB @ DET to be flexed into prime time next weekend.
  • I hate to blaspheme on Christmas Day but Jesus H Christ this is like watching Charlton under Slade
  • Carr broken fibula. Unreal 2 qbs break their legs in the space of a few hours!!!

Time for the rest of the Raiders to step up. Ironic it happened on the first sack Penn has given up all year

    Poor Bengals kickers are cursed.
