    Here's a thought. If every group had one team that won all 3 games, one team that won their other two games with the remaining teams drawing 0-0, you could qualify as 3rd place with one point, draw all games 0-0 in the knock out phase and win each game on penalties. Wouldn't that be fantastic? To fail to score and only get one point in the groups and still win the tournament.

    I saw a programme about Bale before the tournament and he comes across as a very down to earth, nice bloke. When they have a break all his team mates go to exotic destinations and he goes home to Wales to see his mum.
