Yeah closed on Saturday, still didn't stop the old bill trying to open the doors on Sat even though the place was clearly closed.

Why would anyone want to buy it and keep it as it is when it's on it's arse and isn't viable the way it is?

I wasn't their accountant, so am not really in a position to comment, but think the B&B side held its own; given that there is continued building work in the area that would be expected to be sustainable at least for a reasonable few years.
