Yeah it's only on Twitter at the moment, can't find a single reputable source that's confirmed it. Last I heard he was stable and improving. Hope that's the case.

To be fair to the OP, I think the intentions were good. While I'm not saying you should believe everything on social media, I'd venture a guess that on average, when you look at death announcements that trend on places like Twitter they're far more often accurate than they are hoaxes.
That said, always good to check sources.
