    I wouldn't be upset by this . In Slade's departing statement he said we needed 'stability' . Was this an endorsement of Nugent ?

    Ive stuck a fiver on him, I doubt he will be annouced as the new permanent manager but can easily see him taking charge of 10 games as caretaker.. that will be very cheap for Roly afterall.

    He's the 5th different man in 'pole position' for the job in a week. We've had COL, Adkins, Hasselbaink, Caldwell and now Robinson.

    He's the 5th different man in 'pole position' for the job in a week. We've had COL, Adkins, Hasselbaink, Caldwell and now Robinson.
    That's what happens when the markets change based on hopeful bets rather than realistic ones.

    I think winning games is probably the priority of any manager except Karel Fraeye who's priority was getting by another week thinking 'how much longer can i get away with this'

    Neither of these have a track record to get us out of the mire. I'd prefer a total punt like Bowyer. Top of my list would be Nathan Jones, Yogi Hughes followed by HH and as an outsider, Sergio Baltacha.
