Cheers for the response Ollie, real shame that the resources aren't there. Certainly shouldn't be a volunteer task as that could incinuate to the owner that your roles aren't as valuable if any old volunteer can pitch in.

I don't recall asking for someone to volunteer, personally I think volunteering would be an awful idea as Roland would see it as another cost cutting opportunity.
