Tom already knows the club having been at Pitch London and being the lead on their contract with CAFC so no excuse for not knowing what the job entails.

Cruel people would ask if he can last more than the 46 days previous Head of Comms Mel Baroni managed before walking out following Duchatelet's {...} rant but I'm just going to say good luck.

Not that sure I can wish good luck to someone who knows what he is coming in to, and whose main role will be to peddle the SMT's lies and to try to denigrate those opposing the regime.

So at Pitch he was just following orders... but he's chosen to come here though knowing what it entails so he deserves whatever he gets from here on in.

You have to love the irony of the head of comms having hidden tweets too... although I suppose that's in line with the regime's interpretation of communication and could be what swung it for him.

While at Pitch Tom could advise Meire what to say but it would be up to her whether or not she followed the advice given.

Hi Tom. You work for the club that hates it's fans. What on earth is there to communicate? Any words will be trumped by club actions.
Go on my friend, communicate to me how changing a manager every four months is supposed to be a good thing? Or how good an idea it is for every five year old to have a contracted smart phone to swipe at the turnstile.

I did wonder that. Not the done thing to poach consultant staff like that but Cahones was working with Deleware and that turned out well.
