I've purchased gift vouchers for our son , daughter & their other halves for "Faulty Towers" at the hotel at Charing Cross Station.

Meal & jollity provided during such from "Basil ", " Sybil", "Manuel" , "The Major" and no doubt The Germans.

It will be a more sobering occasion now that one of the main stars of the series has sadly passed away.

Well he kept saying it was true but didn't explain. I don't think a 'told you' so is necessary, more like a 'next time I tell you a much loved actor has died i'll at least tell you how I know rather then just leave everybody in the dark'

Anyway, rest in peace Andrew. Fantastic, hilarious actor.
