I hope that Petes family in time get to see this in time. It will remind them of how great of a man he was and that how much other fans care. I recall seeing recently through his son Alex online that he has been happy and been socialising a lot more. I'm glad that he had that time with his family. I'm still shocked and saddened to hear of his loss for his family.
Like 801912601 above and Pete, I am another loyal Addick and lifetime BT employee. I knew Pete for years by face and wish I had known him to talk to - God bless him.
I had the pleasure of working with Pete in Bexleheath (yes another BT employee). He was a great man. He will be missed. My thoughts are with his family and friends
A few months have passed and my friend (Pete's son) is still being a great character. Sharing the love of his dad with his friends, family and dads friends.
If you are free today, Pete use to manage the Teviot Junior Football Club, and at 12pm they are doing a remembrance game for him. With former players and family members that knew Pete, it would be great to see some Addicks down there.
