The sad thing is, when that goal flew in I felt absolutely no emotion whatsoever. None.

(Because I'm sat at home dosed up on Beechams watching EPL football and lazily munching clove drops)

    Stop whingeing.

    It's only man flu.

I've been watching match thread for 20 minutes with wife sat next to me. She just asked the score and didn't know we'd scored as i hadn't mentioned it when we did. Shocking lack of emotions here on the sofa. Shame on you RD. Now bugger off!
  • Magennis, crofts Ajose, fox, crofts, JJ, tex, fox doesn't quite make it, poor ball.
  • something to cheer something to give hope ......come on charlton

45+3' Good defending from Teixeira to shield the ball back to Phillips. #cafc #CAFCLive
  • Magennis made a mistake and they press quickly but snuffed out.
  • Magennis fouled not given, fox covers well, we can't quite move the ball out precisely enough.

This is absolutely awful. We look horrendous. Zero atmosphere, getting colder and colder seriously considering leaving at half-time. I really have better things to do with my time.

    You left yet clem
Are you worried about your lift home?
Clem will have to come via Spain if he is picking me up

In football, you've got to take your chances when your creating them in a game. There is always a chance that your opponent, even if playing badly & creating minimal can score with their first good chance. It is one of the beauties of football & one of the things that makes it such a great game.
  • We're winning, cheer up some of you

Trust me had it stayed nil nil it would have taken a serious effort to stay. We have been absolutely shocking.

The game has been beyond dull.
  • First ten minutes of second half massive, If we survive that who knows
  • At the moment, 6 points off play-offs, 10 points off relegation. Sorry if I have jinxed it

Pleased Charlton are winning but barely flinched with news of the goal apart from being mildly surprised. MK Dons 11 shots to 2 & another dodgy half of football. It is difficult to work up enthusiasm.

Added to that Duchatelet doesn't care anything about success on the pitch & is just about to sell the player who's scored that goal.

49' Phillips watches Maynard drag a low strike into the side netting. He had it well covered. #cafc #CAFCLive

52' Reeves gets his shot all wrong following a good bit of play between Carruthers and Maynard. #cafc #CAFCLive
  • Just looked in
    And we are winning
    Oh ah
