Interesting question for the CAST members meeting with KM:
" Please can you clarify for us what financial stake or incentives Karl Robinson has relating to the sale of Charlton players".
To be fair I wouldn't expect any CEO to disclose details of a senior employee's pay and benefits in public - even if Richard Murray used to do it regularly.
Robinson talking about Ali has nothing to do with this. Robinson is a talker and lets be honest nearly all football people in this country would have spoke about Ali in the last month, he's by far the biggest star English football has at the moment.
Exactly this. Any talk that Robinson does about Alli is for me just a teacher sounding off about his best pupil. As someone else said earlier in this thread, Alli looks like being one of the best english players of his generation. He already has a much much better scoring record from midfield than Gerrard, Lampard and Scholes after the same amount of appearances, so to be honest it's no real surprise that the man who gave him his break in football might feel inclined to mention him now and again.
Then rephrase it to: " Can you reassure us that no members of the management or coaching team stand to gain financially from the sale of players?".
you would be better off asking about financial gain from youth players as most managers get something if the club sells a player they bought for more than they paid

Or, you could join CAST, and ask her yourself?
