So there'll be an inevitable clear out at the end of the season, with the club desperately trying to unload misfits, and loans returning to their clubs of origin. And will Roland be cashing in on the likes of Aribo and Konsa?
Everybody knows stability is massively important in football, but it's something we won't be getting under the current ownership.
Who do you think we'll be keeping from the following list? And who would you like to keep? I'm sure we'd all like to keep Mavididi, for example, but barring a miracle, that's pretty unlikely...

I have said if it was my choice, obviously the loans are not our players. likewise if we have any offers for players they will be gone, its all hypothetical really so i just thought i would comment whether i would keep them or not...

Basically for three reasons - they don't want to stay or they aren't good enough or, the most important of all, it does not suit the owner's business model to have players on long term contracts. Unless, that is, there is a potential to sell them for a big profit as in the case of Gomez and Lookman.

The ones in bold are the players I'd expect to see in and around the first team regularly (either starting or on the bench), the rest are useful squad players or promising youngsters. The ones struck out are either loanees who will go or players we should get shot of. I'd bring Igor and Ajose back and give them both another chance. I'd get rid of Sarr and Cellabos but keep the rest we have out on loan as they are still kids and have much to learn. I wouldn't want the youngsters in the head count for the main squad however. Lapslie and Beeney still have a lot to do to prove they can make it, but I think they have a chance.
