There is so much at stake by getting relegated from the money train commercially it is understandable if they feel a new bloke can come in and keep them up and on the gravy train. Shame for Ranieri but he will get a huge pay day and go down in Leceister (and possibly English football) folklore.
Sad state of affairs but the game will continue to shed its soul for a pound note until there is a major reset.
Players have not been playing for him for some time, and they look to be on a collision course with relegation.
I hate that the way modern football is structured means there is no room for sentimentality anymore, but relegation is too costly and players are too powerful - in the circumstances, I'm surprised he hasn't been sacked sooner, but it absolutely shouldn't be this way.
Every day, I fall out of love with the game a little bit more.
Winning the league has given them the illusion they are way above the quality of a side battling relegation. On paper they are a mid table side at best.

Having won the premier league he should have at least been given the chance to finish this season ffs
Sad day though for football I think.
A damn shame, but I can't blame Leicester tbh.
Plus they were obviously going to win the champions league.
