    Erm....not all the talk Elfie (as I’m sure he’d happily confirm), some things could be going on that he knows absolutely nothing about, so he could quite easily be out of the loop at any given time.

    It must be said that he has come up with some genuinely useful and relevant info on more occasions than anyone else......for which we are of course most grateful.

  • 1583, The Bunch of Grapes pub opens in Narrow Street London. It is still going strong today, though it is now called The Grapes.
    Have some fond memories of that pub and a Limehouse girl I was dating at the time.
