Sheikh pays Nimer his wages, Nimer funds the club. Of course, the Sheikh may decide to pay Nimer a lot more money and Nimer may then decide to put a lot more money into us, but that would be purely coincidental I'm sure13

This sounds ridiculous but if TN is worth 200 million then he’s nowhere near rich enough in todays crazy football finances. Plus on that basis he would be investing a massive proportion of his personal wealth.0

Means that those funds have come from Nimer which is effectively a quarter of his wealth - Yeaaa okay!!0 -

And several hundred million in cash? investments? property? Or combined ? we have no idea what his true means clear are.0 -
Isn’t our sponsorship deal up in the summer? With ‘ Children With Cancer UK’ being the front for the last season?Maybe Mr Nimers boss will sponsor through one of his 60 companies and finance that way 😏🤔2

if the sheikh is involved financially, why would the efl be concerned. He is second or third cousins to the man city owner. is that still considered all in the same ownership. I barely even know my second cousins3

I now live in Cornwall. They all seem to know their second cousins quite well around here.41

Do they see them like the Glazer Family @ Man Utd where it would surely be a conflict if one went and purchased Welling for example
Can see why there would be concern as doesnt even need to be a family ran club, just take a look @ Red Bull0 -

Something stinks, no sniff of anyone doing DD. Then boom take over announced pending EFL approval....
Now the ship starts leeking like a "number 10 source". Usual back door channels. Have we ever been "briefed" about a Roland rant before?
Southall is a sales man, who's main commodity is himself. To be fair he has sold himself very well so far, to the fan base as well as His Excellency.
Something doesn't add up to me, it's not Roland or the efl. Maybe I just think it's to good to be true, so it probably isn't. Maybe I just don't trust Southall because he is "too perfect".
As ever the proof will be in the pudding and the devil in the detail.
As it's star wars day I'll finish by saying "I have a bad feeling about this".2 -

Just fill a brown envelope with a ton of money and slide it under the door - Simple!!Yeah and if there carries on being an issue invite the people over to an embassy for a chat.Oh different regime. Apols, your munificence.1 -
Just to clarify - The bloke who our bloke works for, is not the bloke who owns Citeh and is barely related to him, although they belong to the same ruling dynasty. The proof the EFL needed, weren't necessarily regarding financial relationships, but physical family relationships. The good news is, if all that is correct (ha) there's no reason why the bloke who our bloke works for, can't invest himself if he so wishes
So we're still gonna potentially have access to £150 billion+
Hang lose2 -

So according to the Telegraph report the EFL have been scrutinising the deal for over a month now. Surely that must mean we are close to an announcement?0
