I think that Nasser has said he has no intention of ever taking the England job and wishes to remain as a pundit - that's a shame, because he would be the obvious choice. Other than Nass, Atherton,Vaughan are the only ones that sprint to mind that appear savvy enough but it seems they are also clever enough to know to swerve from the poisoned chalice.
Just let Clueliss and Fartface concentrate on WBC and get a proper coach/manager in for Test cricket. We have different captains for different forms of international cricket so surely we should have different management too.
