Horrible little hole of a ground in a dismally seedy bit of town. Went there for a pre-season friendly about five years ago: waves of nauseous odours from the sewage works along the river, mosquitoes biting yer legs...

First time i've ever heard the Royal Kingston-upon-Thames called 'seedy' !
To be fair, it's more towards New Malden than Kingston Town Centre, and the road the ground is on is a toilet.

I doubt it. I expect they'll have a non-league side so they can base the programme & the 3rd round draw around it. Also not much excitement showing 2 League 1 sides - no upset or interest in that at all.
  • Sunday 2pm k/o
Goals will be shown as they go in on bbc.
  • Notts County v Oxford City
    Slough Town v Rochdale

Are the other two fixtures moved for TV looking at the KO times

So is that confirmed then that we are 2pm sunday again? Says so on the FA website.

  • WHY when Woking v Peterborough (depending on replay results) is @ 3pm on Saturday... Worse case it'll be Bury v Peterborough and another League One tie

Same with Wycombe v Leatherhead or Billericay and MK Dons v Maidstone!!

The Wimbledon website says that ticket details will be announced very soon, so i would guess that away tickets will go sale Saturday or Monday.

Probably not relevant for this tie as it’s a local game but Lincoln had 1,500 allocation for the first round.

and I massively supported Wimbledon Greyhound track before it was demolished in favour of you lot.

Would've been demolished even if we weren't taking it over. Fake news.
Not true, the alternative new development retaining greyhound racing was very viable. Actually more viable than the poxy AFC kicking them out !

From reading the above it would appear that terrace tickets will cost £15.00 adult, £10.00 concessions.
Seats £18.00 adult,£14.00 concessions if we get allocated any.
The home tickets went on sale yesterday to season ticket holders,Still no news on our allocation or when they go on sale.

That’s a clear breach of FA rules, no doubt supported by the police.

    675????

    Lincoln got 1,500 didn't they?
  • That’s a clear breach of FA rules, no doubt supported by the police.

If there is a safety issue or public order threat that is behind the reduced allocation then surely the game needs to be moved elsewhere. Play it at a neutral ground or switch the venue to the Valley where we can let Wimbledon have far more tickets than they have fans if they want.

Not sure you can do that now.

The game has yet to take place. Somebody should explain why the allocation seems to have been cut back so significantly if it really was 1500 in the previous round.

To be fair the capacity of their ground is only 4850, so our 675 allocation is only just below the 15% threshold. I assume they gave Lincoln more as they knew they wouldn't sell the home seats for an FA Cup tie, whereas we are more attractive opposition and the Police are more likely to impose stricter segregation rules

I think you have to allocate seats though. Although I believe there may be some - if so Charlton just aren’t offering them to supporters on open sale.

Edit: doesn’t appear to be anything about seats in the rules any more.
