Someone once said that writing about music was like dancing about architecture, but I'll have a first shot at describing why I love The Fall:
- the pounding repetitive bass lines;
- the irreverent tongue-in-cheek vocals;
- the 'authenticity' (ie. no record company-encouraged PR bollox).
