Just a reminder that buses replace trains between Deptford and Charlton (via Greenwich) today.
Half hourly service via Lewisham and Blackheath.0 -
Today’s the day. A season that was going so well only to fall at the final hurdle. Hopefully the couple of weeks rest we have had allows the team to regroup and work on a winning formula. If we can’t beat one of the worst teams in WSL history (6 pts is the worst, Leicester got 9), we don’t deserve to be in the WSL.6

Come on the girls.Cue Kenneth.1

Absolutely horrendous weather for a team who will be relying on pure effort and concentration. This game needed to be played in 4 inches of snow ideally, not 30 degree heat3
-
General odds for the 90 mins are Charlton 9/4, draw 9/4, Leicester 1/1.

N'Dow is suspended which seems ridiculous for a play off and a big miss5
-
Bissell up front is a good move and I think we might see Kenney in the 10. Regardless, I wouldn't have predicted that line up!1

Now it's here I feel weirdly enraged that this match is happening at all. Leicester have been absolutely woeful, managed a pitiful 9 point, and the fact they get to play a game to stay up despite being by some distance a team worthy of being relegated is ridiculous. And it's only going to get worse next season when fewer teams go up. One step away from there being no relegation from the WSL0

Pretty sure next year there’s one guaranteed relegation spot and then one relegation play off spot which is a better format I thinkGarrymanilow said:Now it's here I feel weirdly enraged that this match is happening at all. From where we were in Jan/Feb, not getting promoted this season is a disaster. However at the start of the season if you told Hills and the team they'd end the season in the promotion playoff spot, they would have been ecstatic.Garrymanilow said:Now it's here I feel weirdly enraged that this match is happening at all. Will only get harder from here on out so we really need to get over the line today2 -
No Flannery either? Is she injured or not allowed to play? Slightly worried about our central midfield. Hope Katie Bradley has had her Weetabix0

It's a real shame as Flannery has really improved as the season has gone on. Honestly, I don't even really think of Katie Bradley as a proper central midfielder so it's slightly mystifying thinking how we're going to line up todayDyerConsequences said:No Flannery either? She was begging to be allowed to come off against Birmingham when we had no subs left and we should have just done it. I was really near the bench and I saw her go over to the physio and say 'I need something' to him and he genuinely just waved her away. It was insanefenaddick said:
