That third quarter was seriously embarrassing for the Lions.2

Patricia could be the next bellichick 'disciple' to fail miserably as a head coach. That was like a Romeo Crennel coached team0

I think a lot of people forgot how bad the Pats secondary was for most of last year. The Lions don't have Brady to bail them out.cs1986 said:Patricia could be the next bellichick 'disciple' to fail miserably as a head coach. That was like a Romeo Crennel coached team

In the fantasy league how do the waivers work ?
I bid for 2 players and one is locked and one says CUT
What does this mean ?0 -
I see Yeldon is now in my squad what is the deal with Keenum ?0
-
His deal is amazing for a player of his calibre, had a lucky season where he was protected from attacking teams properly because he's not very good. Hence he is now a Bronco, good luck with that Denver pahahaha!MrOneLung said:I see Yeldon is now in my squad what is the deal with Keenum ?

Gutted that Kenneth Dixon has been placed on IR. He looks so promising but just can't stay fit.0

What's your O line like this year mate? Ours is upgraded but still ponyThe Red Robin said:Gutted that Kenneth Dixon has been placed on IR. He looks so promising but just can't stay fit.

Allowed just one sack on Sunday...but that was against the Bills. Even that wasn't really a sack to be honest.Bigbadbozman said:

Ronnie Stanley, LT, first round draft pick in 2017, is fit and healthy - he was a huge loss last year whenever he was out. First time in a long time it's been as good as this - Stanley at LT, Alex Lewis, who missed all of last year now at LG, Skura C, Yanda at RG and James Hurst at RT. Interesting battle ahead up against Atkins and Dunlop. Maybe we throw Jackson in for a few plays with Flacco again. If you've not seen those plays, they're worth a look.

Keenum will do fine at Denver. I'd have preferred Cousins but Keenum has a strong enough arm and Denver looks like it's got people who can catch this year and, at the same time, two rookie RBs who look like they will provide enough to worry teams, giving Keenum more options. Providing the O-line can protect him sufficeintly, I don't think it's that bad of a deal.Bigbadbozman said:

I reckon it's going to help me out immensely with playbook knowledge and with learning a bit more about every other team.MrOneLung said:

Also, my mate's team from his draft (keeper league, standard scoring) this year is pretty insane - a couple of guys didn't know what they were doing. I helped him draft and his team is pretty stacked:
QB - Brady (reached to the 7th or 8th)
RBs - Fournette (keeper), Kenyan Drake, Ajayi, Marlon Mack, TJ Yeldon (good call with Fournette's injury problems)
WRs - Antonio Brown (keeper), Golden Tate, Funchess, Landry, Moncrief, one or two others?
TE - Trey Burton (in the 12th round!)
D/ST - Vikings (reached to the 9th round as the other premium Ds had gone by this point)
K - Zuerlein
If his lot stay healthy then he's absolutely sorted. Monster draft1 -
I am the DraftKiller
1ST ROUND Le'Veon Bell - sitting out
2ND ROUND Jerrick McKinnon - injured reserve
3RD ROUND Travis Kelce only 1 reception in 1st game
4th ROUND Greg Olsen - injured, out for foreseeable
5th ROUND RUSSELL WILSON - yes, not a bust !
6TH ROUND Sammy Watkins - 3 receptions
7th ROUND ROBERT WOODS - could only get 3 receptions versus Raiders defence.
8TH ROUND - Nelson Agholor - average
9th round - DeVante Parker - injured
10th ROUND - DEVONTAE BOOKER - Only 2 rushes in game
11th ROUND - Cameron Meredith - didnt play, fallen down depth chart

Personally I believe is a limited player and did pretty well in a system last year that was utilised so as not to expose his flaws, which was good coaching /play calling, as I stated if they use him to attack defences in Denver he will fail.Beardface said:

Be interesting to see how he's doing around week 8!1 -
He looks pretty shifty when running looks a bit upright when carrying to me, he should be glad #55 is suspended😊.The Red Robin said:

Would be more than happy for him to start under centre if he throws like that consistently!!!
Really looking forward to tonight mate we will both have a better indication as to whether we are actually any good after last Sundays performances1 -
You're right in that it'll come down to some of the play calling and coaching, personally not a fan of Joseph but as you said, we will see around week 8!Bigbadbozman said:

Yeah, underthrows a bit and vision not the best yet but I think he's in the right place with the right coordinators and coaches to develop him. Plus it's given Flacco a much needed kick up the backside!Bigbadbozman said:

Huge game tonight, it's game on in the North after that Browns-Steelers game and the Bell situation. I'll be up watching.0 -
So how many games unbeaten do my skins have to go before they are taken seriously?0
