Also, for everyone in fantasy I’m looking for a running back, I’ve made a few offers to no avail so far but if you want to look at my team and make an offer I’m open to one.
I know he's injured at the moment, but I could be tempted to shift Devonta Freeman if the price is right as and when?

Not in the fantasy game, but is Phillip Lindsay available? He was unddafted and picked up by the Broncos as a local kid and looks very dangerous.
Wilson had a shocker, i woke up not intentionally and ended up watching most of it bar 20 mins i might have fallen asleep. first 2 quarters he practically didn't make any first downs. Then they get back in it 20-13 and he gets intercepted, was a very poor throw/decision. Seahawks defence had already had 2 interceptions but they just couldn't get anything going, reckon they rely too much on him and if he isn't at the races they cant win.

At the Seahawks@Bears game, sold out Soldier Field is pretty cool and we’ve already seen one Mack sack!
I hope it was a warmer evening for you than I went two years ago. Amazing place though.
Very jealous... hopefully will make it to a game there next season, proper football city.
Was there for the season opener one year, but wasn't working and >$300 for a ticket on Ticketmaster didn't appeal. Watched from a bar and Jay Cutler went on to throw 4 interceptions (maybe all in the first half) on his debut. Those were the days.

The O-line does not help him.
Very true, someone at work said exactly the same thing. I do agree, although i do think Wilson isn't firing at the mo , well yesterday.

Going on the highlights only, looked like he was under tonnes of pressure - but didn't deal with it amazingly. Think he's still a class act.

I am a fan, just yesterdays game he struggled. Not necessarily all down to him , also the other spin was Mack was a beast and was very impressed with him, great signing for the bears.
I kind of follow Seahawks, although admittedly for a couple of seasons have been out of the loop. Back into it this season though, looks like they are going to struggle this season to qualify. Early days still though.
Really feel for Wilson. After Rodgers he's my favourite QB in the league and Seattle are now wasting his prime years behind that O-line and now the new OC who doesn't seem at all popular with Seahawks fans. I've a real softspot for the Seahawks as my wife's family are all massive #12s due to my father-in-law working out there in his younger days.

While O-line is a league wide need pretty much, the Seahawks' line looked atrocious even with that context. Wilson can't sustain this level of play for too long, surely?

So far then I owe the Upbeats £4 for total Jags wins and counting...
I read a good little piece about Bortles, the Jags and Superbowl chances here yesterday by Bobby Sylvester and thought of that bet! Here it is below:
#2) Blake Bortles can win a Super Bowl Even though I 100% believe it, this is still difficult to say with a straight face. This wasn’t like the Mahomes game where Bortles executed what the defense gave him. Bortles flat out dominated. He was zipping balls into windows, throwing touch passes over defenders and most importantly, playing with a great deal of confidence. When Bortles is relied on, he is an entirely different quarterback, as evidenced by the team going 4-0 with over 30 points per game when Leonard Fournette is out of the lineup. Frankly, he looks like Philip Rivers with legs when we get the right version. We saw this to close last season too until the Jags took the ball out of his hands in the playoffs. Perhaps Bortles can continue playing this way for the remainder of the season now, and if he does, Jacksonville may not lose.
To go back to the Seahawks, see this highlight - Russell Wilson audibles out of a playcall in the 4th quarter and the coaches call a timeout with ten seconds left on the play clock: https://streamable.com/s9f3z
That's not a happy Wilson. He was checking out of plays correctly and he's basically being told to stop audibling even though it was patently the right thing to do. Something's fairly wrong in the Seahawks organisation.

Yep, can't see Carroll being there beyond this year.

I can, but only because there's probably a bit of loyalty owed to him. They're 1-1 in Super Bowls and have had a lot of success generally, and this is a bit of a rebuild year. But the way the mentalities seem to be changing in the playing personnel could spell for a bad couple of years for the Seahawks.

Also - how's the wager looking @The Red Robin
