Only really ever saw it at Millwall at the back of the old side terrace. The "Swimming and Diving Club" as they called it.....0 -

Wally was a legend. I believe he died as he got off the coach at Sunderland in November 1997? Always remember him telling me throughout the 70 and 80s that Les Berry was never a footballer .
Regarding Bill I never knew he came out with that comment.
