Amos: 7 - clean sheet. I dont think Plymouth had a shot on target but he did command his box well.

Dijksteel: 8 - strong tackler. A few raw mistakes but made it up with a few crunching quality tackles.

Pearce: 8 - won darn near every header. Always talking and supporting the team vocally.

Bauer: 8 - read the game well. Also good in air. Helped support Dijksteel when he got caught out a couple times.

Page: 8.5 - great strike for goal. Didnt get injured.

Forster-Caskey: 7.5 - always made himself available. Good range of distribution today.

Reeves: 6.5 - did some quality work off the ball closing down Plymouth. No size but makes up for it with hustling around to help defensive shape.

Aribo: 9 (motm) - commanded center park. Neat touches in tight areas. His lanky legs kept the ball out of Plymouths reach.

Fosu: 8 - when hes at full speed hes very dangerous. He was our best outlet from defense to offense. Drives into the Plymouth half looking for dangerous areas.

Ajose: 8 - unlucky not to score. He had a few great efforts. I like his willingness to run the channels and get behind the defenders. Him and Zyro play well together.

Zyro: 9 - big strong lad and has a good touch. His goal started with a nice link up play in midfield before continuing his run into the box. Held the ball up well and rarely turned the ball over.

Page 7 sloppy at times but gets a +1 for his goal
Forster-Caskey 8 influential in the middle
Reeves 7.5 nice to see some effort
Aribo 8.5 never stopped running, great link up play
Fosu 6.5 hot and cold today but always a chance of something happening when he gets the ball
Ajose 8 pulled their defenders all over the place, unlucky to miss out on a goal
Zyro 8.5 big Josh but far better with his feet, a new favourite of mine

Amos: 9 - Why? Because he made a save @ 1-0 which wasn't just brilliant yet saw us go 2-0 up minutes later... Result would have been very different but for that moment
Dijksteel: 7 - Bit of a shakey first half and a bit too casual; some of the tackles he made in the second were sublime, Holland missed him yesterday
Pearce: 8 - Led by example, we saw the Bauer partnership from the start of the season today
Bauer: 8 - Harshly booked in my opinion, like Pearce he didnt give their Striker a sniff
Page: 7 - OMG!!... Best goal from a Full-Back I've ever seen, had that been in the Premier League they'd be raving for months
Forster-Caskey: 7 - Much better from Jake today
Reeves: 7 - Played some nice balls, massive improvement
Aribo: 8 - So neat and tidy on the ball
Fosu: 7 - Played well, still a bit greedy but kept Plymouth busy

I normally come on to this thread wondering whether I’ve been at the same game as everyone else and giving much lower marks than most. I’m doing the opposite today. That’s the best I’ve felt leaving the Valley in yonks and I’m tempted to give them all 10. But I won’t. Here’s my marks:

Amos: 8. One crucial save and very solid. Distribution as always was a little iffy and I’m amazed he wasn’t booked for time wasting.

Dijkstreel: 9. Brilliant. A little fortunate on occasion but he dug himself out of any holes he got himself into.

Pearce: 9: absolute captains performance. You could hear him from my seat organising things. Total donkey last week. Stallion today.

Bauer: 8.5. Commanding.

Page: 8. A little wayward at times but so good to see a proper left back at left back. Not a Da Siva going forward but what a goal!

Forster-Caskey: 8.5. Excellent today. And did a load of the hard graft as well as the poser stuff.

Reeves: 8. I doff my cap to him. He’s been utter shyte all season but he was excellent today. Wrong choices occasionally but I finally see what the fuss was about.

Aribo: 10. MOM. I thought he was flawless today.

Fosu: 8. You want to give him a slap occasionally due to the wrong choices he makes but he gives us that slightly flawed genius touch that makes you want to turn up every week.

Ajose: 9. Never ever thought I’d give this guy a standing ovation. Tireless and really sharp. If he can keep it up he’s a real bonus. My jury is out but fair play to him

Zyro: 8. When he gets properly fit this bloke will be a player.

Marshall. Honourable mention. We were getting exposed down the left and he cane on and shored it up brilliantly.

Forster-Caskey: 9 - MOTM. He was everywhere defensively. His reading of the game and ability to break up play was impeccable.

Fosu: 8 - Great work rate, great positioning, looked a terror.

Ajose: 7.5 - Worked incredibly hard and his out to in runs made space for others. Unlucky not to get a goal.

Brilliant Team performance, could have won 5 or 6 nil but for some good goalkeeping and a little bit of awful reffing.

Amos: 7 - made a couple of saves including fingering one into the post.

Dijksteel: 7 - Raw, needs to step off his man on occasion to concede fewer fouls, but all in all a good performance.

Pearce: 8 -Beast in the air today.

Bauer: 8 - Beast along the ground.

Page: 7.5 - What a goal, got up and down well all game.

Forster-Caskey: 7 - see Dijksteel....less of an excuse given his age.

Reeves: 7.5 closed well, lacking a bit of oomph in his passing in the final third but did well enough.

Aribo: 8 - Tidy enough, he's gangly but it works for him! Did lose the ball a few times but worked hard to win it back.

Fosu: 8 - Fantastic player unlocks most defences, just needs a bit of finesse so unlucky with the curled effort.

Ajose: 8 -. Worked hard beautiful volley unlucky not to score, great partnership could develop with...

Zyro: 8.5 - Strong, confident and what Mag needs as competition. Works well with Ajose.
