A bad day for Scunthorpe and Plymouth as the 3 teams below them all win and go above them...
Bristol Rovers can be discounted from the playoff race now after their defeat to Fleetwood. Sheridan is doing a great job there incidentally, they're up to 13th now
Six teams for three places. Charlton, Portsmouth and Plymouth appears to be the form team out of us 6. Another 10 points should allow us to make the plays off.
All we can do is keeping winning and go into the play offs with some decent form.
Fitness management will become a big thing for the next few games. Our next five are Saturday-Tuesday-Saturday-Tuesday Saturday and the last 3 of those five are Scunthorpe at home, the Shrewsbury away (which I think is our game in hand) and then Pompey away. 2 six pointers towards the end of a run of fixture congestion. If everyone is fit, we've got the squad to manage it, but we've seen how hard it has been to keep everyone fit.
If we win those 3 games, I reckon that'll be enough on it's own to get into the playoffs, but we should be aiming at 4th place.

Goal! Portsmouth 1, Wigan Athletic 0. Brett Pitman (Portsmouth) converts the penalty with a right footed shot to the bottom left corner.
(with apologies to Ross1)
Like I said the other day, just need to keep matching everyone's results and we'll be fine

4th Charlton
5th Rotherham
6th Portsmouth
Is how it'll finish, reckon there will be one or two points between 4th and 8th come the end

And a draw would have felt a bit like a defeat for both teams, as they both would have in any case dropped out of the play off positions.
