  • Meanwhile ...elsewhere Pompey are warming up with Sarfend getting ready to give us another pasting Tuesday night.

Is that the same thrashing we thought that Barnsley would give us?
Hope not I am hoping these next two games would show we are worthy of playoff contention.

We must start playing players in their actual position, fosu is a winger not a number 10, bielik is a CB not a CDM, then there is also Stevenson. Really don't want bowyer going to the Robbo route of square pegs in round holes just to fit your personal favourite formation. Tactical flexibility is just as important as tactical familiarity.

You may be right but we haven't got a no 10, CDM or LB fully fit!

I know Lapslie is one of our own, but he just isn't good enough yet

    Look who he’s playing alongside.

Not one consistent reliable player. Bielik a young CB. Aribo a young midfielder. Fosu a young winger playing centrally who hasn’t been at his best this season.

They’re all talented players but not so effective playing together. Cullen, Reeves and Ward would all start if fit.
And quite possibly the much-maligned Pratley would start for his experience, if he wasn't also injured.

So Cullen, Reeves, Ward, Clarke and Pratley are all unfit to play ( as well as JFC and Vetokele), yet some still want to slate Bowyer for not wishing to get further injuries.

Personally, I'd like us to make the play offs and at least have a chance of getting out of this league.

Not a chance. Until Roland goes we won't do anything. Fact.

    Ridiculous miss from Grant
  • How the fuck did we not just score

    Great move from Lapslie

37' Chance! Lapslie plays a one-two with Taylor and sees a shot blocked, before Grant sees the follow up blocked too.

That was a nice bit of play from Lapslie I have to admit
  • Ridiculous miss from Grant

He was far too relaxed when he shot...

Yeah, but we've only 7 players injured.

And without those players, of course we're expected to be playing our best football of the season.

  • Shouldve been a second yellow there...
  • How is that not a second booking for Tilt

Was a rugby tackle on Taylor

40' Taylor brought down cynically by Tilt, who is already on a booking. The Blackpool captain is very, very lucky to still be on the ptich.

Blackpool captain definitely should have just received a second booking! Even the local commentator on iFollow said so
  • Where the ref from Lancashire?.

41' Taylor looks to pounce on a weak header back to the keeper, but Howard just about gets there first.

Was almost a carbon copy of that Oxford player that should have seen red against us
