    Norman must be able to tell a great story of supporting the Addicks over the decades. Pretty sure he started going early 80's, maybe late 70's. It wasn't always a welcoming experience being black and supporting Charlton, let alone the grief he must have got at times away from home. I loved his loyalty and his determination to persevere supporting his club come-what-may. Deserves any recognition coming his way - he has rightly become an iconic Charlton fan.

    I don't go to many aways but Norm with his headphones is someone I invariably see. Seb was another of course. RIP
